Unable to load performance pack. Using Java I/O instead.

While restarting the managed server we are getting below error in the .out logs. But application and everything is working fine.

<Error> <Socket> <BEA-000438> <Unable to load performance pack. Using Java I/O instead. Please ensure that a native performance library is in: ‘/oracle/Installable/jdk1.6.0_38/jdk38/jdk1.6.0_38/jre/lib/sparcv9/server

<Notice> <Security> <BEA-090082> <Security initializing using security realm myrealm.>

<Warning> <Store> <BEA-280109> <Unable to load the native wlfileio library for the persistent file store “_WLS_AdminServer”. The store will use buffered I/O. The store is still operating in a transactionally safe synchronous mode. See store open log messages for the requested and final write policies.>

Solution: Add the below arguments in two managed servers in java argument for server startup tab in weblogic admin console.
-Djava.library.path=/wlserver_10.3/server/native/solaris/sparc64/
Then just bounce the managed server and this error got rectified in managed servers.
